Hello, I'm

Career Development and Executive Coach, HR Consultant, CTI-Trained, Master in International HR Management.

I have 15 years of professional experience in Human Resources and 8 years of professional experience in Executive Coaching for executives, managers, and leaders across various corporate roles. I have undergone career transition and progression across various countries through Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and North America. As an expat, I had the unique worldview of navigating the workplace through these locations and experiencing challenges that I successfully overcame; from adapting to new cultures and environments, communication styles, leadership practises, and diverse office dynamics.

 

My passion for supporting companies and individuals in their growth and achievement led me to leverage my expertise, lived experience, skills, and knowledge to launch an HR Consulting and Coaching practice in 2020. 

 

My aim is to empower my clients with the right tools to achieve their vision and goals.

• Advise and assist business/line managers on interpretation and administration of HR policies and programs & coordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities. Coaching and monitoring junior members.
